Details
Hike from Punggol Central to Kampong Lorong Buangkok and back to Punggol Central on 23 December at about 7:20am (total distance: 10km; total time taken: 2hr 41min)
Journey
Kampong Lorong Buangkok, here I come!
From our start-point, we will walk to the Kampong and back! One way is about 5.5km, so when we walk back to the start, we would have completed a 10km hike! Here is a glimpse of what we have seen!

This is a bridge near the our starting point along Punggol Waterway! The landscape looks awesome!

It rained for a while so we took shelter and had breakfast at Anchorvale Community Club’s McDonald’s. Moving on, we saw another monitor lizard swimming in the river! It’s really good at blending in with the murky water!

We continue our way:

Great work! We finally reached Kampong Lorong Buangkok! Let’s check out what it looks like inside! When we went into the Kampong, we saw a tour group! We saw squirrels and chickens roaming freely!

After exploring the Kampong we continue our walk back to the start-point! We finally completed 10km of hiking!

Thanks so much for reading! Hope you have a wonderful day!
